Summer Housing: For Affiliates
Limited walk-in housing is available to affiliated participants of any short-term University-sponsored program. Walk-in housing is also available to students in need of housing before the start of their University Apartments lease/agreement. To request Walk-In Housing, please bring a completed Walk-in Housing registration form as well as your UB ID to the Residential Operations Office in 106 Spaulding Quad by May 1. (Non-UB students can send this form along with a photocopy of picture ID to this address: University Residence Halls & Apartments; University at Buffalo; 106 Spaulding Quad; Buffalo, NY 14261-0054.) Requests for Walk-in Housing submitted after that date are accommodated on a space-available basis. If you decide not to stay on campus, please contact Residential Operations as soon as possible. Those students currently living in the residence halls will be allowed to remain in their Spring 2008 room assignments until May 12, 2008.
Note: Affiliated individuals with a valid UB ID and active Person Number will be billed in the same manner as Summer School Housing. If you are a non-UB student, you must submit a Credit Card Authorization Form along with your registration, by mail or in person to the address above. Your card will be charged following check-out. If you prefer to pay by cash or check, payment must be made in-full prior to check in.
New in 2008: You must also sign and submit a Terms of the University Residence Hall Agreement, available for download below.
