To live in the residence halls for the upcoming fall, you must apply in February via the website. On the website, you will need to review and accept the Terms of Agreement and submit a $200 deposit. The Agreement is for one full academic year (August-May). Please print and maintain the confirmation of your application.
After completing the on-line application process, you will receive materials in the mail. These materials will outline the Room Reservation Process. During this process, you will select the actual room and roommate(s). You will be given a specific time and date to log-in to the Room Reservation system. Please pay close attention to the dates of these processes. If you miss either part of the process, you may not get a room. Apartments
Current apartment residents wishing to stay must submit their "Intent to Renew" on-line at the application website
.
Residence hall students and other current students must apply to live in the apartments. You will need to complete an application that includes your apartment mate preferences, complex preferences, and submission of a $25 non-refundable application fee. We do not assign apartments on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is given to students who have lived the most semesters on-campus.
All students who are offered an apartment will be contacted by mail, telephone or e-mail. Apartment assignments will begin in February and will continue throughout spring and summer as cancellations and withdrawals occur.
If offered an apartment, you will need to complete related documents including the lease/contract, tax forms and guarantor signature (if applicable). A security deposit is due at the time you return your lease/agreement.
If you are having difficulty accessing the application site or need a paper version of an application, please contact our office and we will be happy to assist.
