Maintenance and Building Services
The University Residence Halls and Apartments provides all maintenance and cleaning services to our buildings.
Our maintenance and building services staff take pride in being a part of the UB Green program, ensuring earth friendly, energy conscious, and efficient building management.
Cleaners Hours are weekdays: 7 am - 3:30 pm
Maintenance Hours are weekdays 8 am - 4:30 pm
For immediate concerns at all other times and on the weekends, contact your Resident Advisor, Community Advisor, or Area Office for assistance.

Once you fill out the work request form, you will receive a work request number. You can use this number to log back into the site and check the status of your work request.
If you have questions about completing a work request or have an emergency repair needed, please call the Residential Facilities Office for your area between the hours of 8 am – 4:30 pm, M-F. For emergency repairs after hours—contact your Resident Advisor, Community Assistant, Area or Village Office.
