Room Size	2012-13	2013-14	Notes Residence Hall Agreements are for 2 terms (fall and spring). Rates listed are per student/per academic year. Housing charges are billed directly to student accounts twice a year (once in fall, and once in spring). A $300 per academic year reservation deposit is collected as part of the new application or renewal process. The deposit is applied to the balance of your residence hall charges. Complex	Type	2013-2014	Notes Academic Year Agreements (10 month) run from 8/17/13-5/31/14.* Full Year Agreements (12 month) run from 8/17/13-7/31/14.* *Current apartment residents who renew their Lease/Agreement may begin their new Agreement on 8/1/13. Rates listed are per student/per year. All housing charges, regardless of Agreement length, are billed directly to student accounts twice a year (once in fall and once in spring). Fall charges include August-December. Spring charges include January-May (July for full year agreements). A $450 per academic year advanced payment deposit is collected as part of the new application or renewal process. The deposit is applied to the balance of your apartment charges. Complex	Type	2013-2014	Notes Full Year Agreements (12 month) run from 8/17/13-7/31/14* (*Current apartment residents who renew their Lease/Agreement may begin their new Agreement on 8/1/13). Units are rented by either the individual bedspace or whole unit. Rates listed are monthly and do not include gas and electric utilities. All other utilities are included. Rent is paid directly to the community building by the 1st of each month. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required. This deposit is held in an interest bearing account and will be refunded (minus damages) upon the conclusion of your lease. Overview of apartment complexes (features, locations, photos).

Rent is billed by semester to your student account (except Flickinger Court). * Flickinger Court rates exclude gas & electric utilities. $450 security deposit per lease is required prior to assignment in the apartments and does not need to be repaid annually as long as continuous occupancy is maintained.
